However, you will need to log into your Jotform account and open another support ticket then provide the URL or the title of the form for us to gain access and make further investigation as to why you are getting different results.

The verification of the Jotform account is important before proceeding to access the form. You are currently not logged into your account that's why we cannot verify any account to view a form.
