EMERGENY - URGENT! Over 1/2 of My Form has Disappeared!

Asked on January 17, 2017 at 2:33 PM

    I have a very long (24) multi-page form: https://www.jotform.com//?formID=63275744442156

I was testing it on the front-end when I noticed more than 1/2 of it had disappeared?

I did NOTHING in the back-end to cause this.

This just happened at approx. 10:45 - 11:00 AM PST.

    HELP!

Hello, I checked the form you mentioned and confirmed your form is intact, with 27 pages, on the Form Builder.

Although we can't know for sure what caused it, it's possible it might have been a temporary issue. I also checked it with your actual form https://jotform.com/63275744442156 and was able to see the entirety of the form up to the 27th page.

In case we're mistaken, just get back to us with a screenshot of how you see it from your end so we can have another look.

I went to the Forum and found out how to restore from Revision History.
I went in about 45 minutes ago and completed a restore from the Revision History. That is why it is now back to normal.
I apologize for not looking in the Forum before I sent you my "panic" email.
If you look at the revision history, you will see a period of time that the restore points show only 300 updates vs. 488 updates. Those fewer updates would have been during the period of time that 1/2 of the form disappeared.
    All is good now.
I hope this does not occur again.
    Thank you,
