Can I use forms offline if needed?

I am an assessor who has created a fairly standard Fire Assessment form, it's very long. The form will be completed by myself and, in time, other assessors working with/for me.

Occasionally, I would like to complete the client's assessment on-site where internet access cannot be guaranteed.

What is the best way to embed/save/publish the form, bearing in mind my circumstances.

    Thank you in advance.

Forms can be used offline by creating a fillable PDF copy:

Filling that form out on-site then submitting the form when you have a connection.

Fillable PDF forms are much more limited in functionality than the web version of forms.  Forms that are quite long tend not to translate well.  Other limitations are listed in the guide above.

You could possibly make a smaller supplemental form and use that form for sites where your connection is spotty.
