    My email address is constantly being put on the bounce list

    My email address is constantly being put on the bounce list. So strange. It started after we started to pay. The free version didn't have this problem.

    I see your gmail account was bounced back here is the reason:

    amec.cef@gmail.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com is NOT

    amec.cef@gmail.com is NOT in the unsubscribe list


    So, it seems you were checking your gmail account from Yahoo or so.
    At any rate, make sure our emails from @jotform.com aren't in your spam folder, if so, please mark them as "Not spam"

    I have tried 3 different email addresses and now a yahoo address and none of them work. Please find a solution for this problem (which did not exist on the free version of jot form). Since I started to pay, I have not been able to use it!!

    Free email address providers such as Yahoo can block emails, but you should have the control to allow senders to send you an email. You can try creating filters that would move form emails to your inbox. 

    If you cannot get this to work with a Yahoo email, try to switch your primary email with a Gmail address. This should work. 

    Lastly, upgrading shouldn't cause this problem. All features remain the same if you upgrade.
