Can I create logic within my questions so if a question is answered a certain way, then another question will pop up?
Specifically, could this work with a drop down option: if a certain option is chosen, then subsequent questions populate into the form.

Hello OVPFA, yes that can be done in JotForm. We call those Conditions.
Complete guide: Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
It works exactly as how you described it.
IF Would you like to attend? IS EQUAL TO Yes THEN
DO SHOW 2 or 3 more fields (as an example)
I highly recommend you read the guide mentioned above. Within that page, are other related guides about Conditions, which you might find helpful as you start building your form.
