I want to downgrade my account to the free version but I can't.

    I am atempting to downgrade my account but when I click on the downgrade option it takes me to a Plimus login page. I am unable to log in using my account credentials and the reset password link is not sending me an email. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

    We apologize for inconveniences caused. You account has been successfully  downgraded , you will no longer be charged for this account and your forms will not be disabled.
