    Reached API limits without having an API key

    I got this email:


    It seems like you have reached your API limit. FREE accounts are limited to 1,000 requests per day.

    I probably get about 2 requests per month so I don't understand how I've reached a 1000 requests per day limit.  Can you please help?

    I'm using the Jotform embed plugin for WordPress.

    Dear Richard,

    I have checked your form and your account.

    In the case of using lots of widgets and integrations in your forms, it is possible to reached API limits.

    I have checked and seen that you do not have even an API key in your account as you can see the screenshot below of your account API:

    I have forwarded this situation to our software development team in order to check the issue. You are going to be informed via this thread.

    Just fyi - I had a similar issue earlier this month.  I have a paid account and received the email that I had passed my 10,000 limit.  Again - I could see no reason for this as my usual traffic is approx 100 per day?
