One of our staff in the Phillippines keep getting a access denied error when trying to access her form to enter customers data. Everyone else's form works just fine. Is there a reason for this to happen? We've paid our bill.... I'm just saying...smiling.... Please let me know if you can help thank you so much.

Hello callips, you may refer to my colleague's response on this thread for this case.
This also seem to be a dynamic IP address. Can your staff try to release and renew his IP address on the administration panel of his modem/router?
