Upgrading my account

    I just upgraded my account as I reached the limit on my account, however, I just got another email stating that my account would be shut down soon if I didnt upgrade. I found out that the form I was using was shared with me by another account of one of my coworkers. She no longer works here. Is there a way to transfer her forms over to my account so that my upgraded account can be used???

    Hello Julia,

    I checked your account and I saw that it is scheduled for downgrade on 13th of February 2017. because of cancellation. If you want forms to be transferred from some other account. Then the request for that must be made from that account (the account that owns the forms). For security reasons, we can not transfer the forms another way.
