How to add scrolling to my Text box.

On the following form, https://www.jotform.com/70096830595160 I am trying to figure out how to add scrolling to my text box. I cant seem to get the "Scrollable Text: widget to work at all. I tried to customize the HTML in the Text box from some of the forum answers but none of it seems to work.

Also I don't want to use the terms and conditions box as it requires the user check a box, which I don't need as I am using Adobe e-signature widget for T&C formal acknowledgement. As well the text box allows me to insert the client's company name into our T&C's, which that does not seem to work with the Terms and Conditions widgets you offer.

Can you please offer guidance on making a Text field scrollable?
