    Does the upload button work on smarthphone? On my device, you click and do not open the selection screen.

    The upload should work on mobile devices too. If the issue still persists, please provide us with information about your device, and also a link to the form in question.

    I put the same button. It does not open a screen to celebrate files on my phone. I use a motorola motox. Android 6.0

    Try using mobile Chrome or FireFox.  Either one of those browsers should allow for uploading files through forms.
