Yes I could open the account with Chrome browser
The issue is with Firefox. I could see other users have this problem on other threads

Hi,
May we know what version of Firefox you are using?
If issue still persists, please clear your browsers cache, close the browser and start a new session. Or you can also try to open an Incognito Window in Firefox and Login you account ( Repitol).
