How do I limit a selection to a specific number and then notify the submitter this selection has been filled and no longer availble.

I am creating a Sponsorship request form and we are limiting how many submissions for each package. How do calculate and set a threshold for each selection. I want the option to not be available after it has reached the threshold. and instruct the potential sponsor to choose another selection that is available.

We have a Platinum, Gold, and Silver package. The maximum number for each is below:

Platinum (3 available): $10,000

Gold (10 available): $ 7,500

Silver (6 available): $5,000
