How do I add formatting to text area labels?

I would like to have certain words underlined in the label.

While you can inject CSS to underline a label, I am afraid to say it is not possible to underline certain words into the label

However , you Probably might try the Free Text (HTML) feature, BUT  if you make a text box with HTML code into that tool, you will not be able to have it included into the form submission

Here I leave you my example (click on YES , to see the effect)

Another solution I came with while writing this post for you,  what if you just use the Free Text HTML tool , for the label above each Text box?  Just a hint

    Best regards
