I can't edit any submissions

    Further to my previous question (submitted about 20 mins ago but not yet visible in your forum) I realise that I can't edit any submissions at all. When I select a submission and click Edit Submission it brings up a blank form. I've attached one example below. I'm using Win 10 with Firefox (50.1.0) and Chrome (Version 55.0.2883.87
