Sub-user accounts cannot view the form submissions

    I have a sub account, but cannot see the details of any submissions when someone fills in a form. Please tell me how I can view it.

    The EU DataCenter is not checked in your account, your sub-user accounts have this enabled. Please advise them to uncheck this option to their account settings in order to view the submissions.
