Can you please help to fully protect the form so that visitors have to type in the code in order to access it ?

I just upgraded to the monthly plan.
I’m trying to set up the password for form access in the new v4 editor and used
this instruction link (old version) and got close to it: https://www.jotform.com/answers/290633-Password-Protect-form
But for some reason it’s not working as it should.
Can you please help to fully protect the form so that visitors have to type in the code in order to access it ?

You need to change your existing condition to show the form collapse fields if the right characters are entered, example:
