Is there a way to earn additional payment submissions? I only need an additional 5 submissions because my form will only be up for a few more days.
Also, my account has been disabled because I reached my payment submission quota for the month. I have two forms on this account, one that accepts payments and one that doesn't. Why are both of my payments disabled, when only one has reached the limit?
Are the limits refreshed each month?

Additional payment submissions are only available for upgraded accounts. As far as I can see, you have already upgraded account in order to increase the payment submissions limit.
The limits are per account, this is why we temporarily disable all the forms associated with a specific account.
Yes, we reset submissions on the first of each month.
