I purchased Jotform January 10, 2017 hoping that I would utilize it for my business. I have played around with the website looking at templates and designs, however I don't think Jotform is what I need right now. I would like to request a refund and I understand that this would then delete my account and I would no longer be able to use jotform. I appreciate the opportunity to look through the site however it is not what I am in need of right now. In the future I will purchase Jotform when my need calls for it. Thank you so much.

I can see you have already reached us via email, I can also see that your subscription has been already cancelled and the refund has been issued too.
