Product lightbox images are not displayed

Hi I've had this form working for many months, I have just noticed that the images in the form no longer open in light box when clicked, this used to work fine.

Can you please suggest how to fix this.

I have checked your JotForm and see that the product images are displayed properly at my end when I clicked on an image.
