Spreadsheet Integration is not updated

    Hi Jotform Support team,

    I have an issue about spreadsheet integration.  Spreadsheet is not updated when there is a new submission.

    I've re-integration many times, it still doesn't work.

    Please suggest me what to do. 

    Please don't suggest me to Zapier, because it is not my solution. I expect Jotform+Spreadsheet should work properly as it should.

    Hi, thank you for contacting us.

    Please note that the Google integration issue is well known to our developers, and they are working on it as I type this reply.

    I will escalate this ticket to our second level team, in order to make sure that you are notified as soon as they resolve the issue.

    As to suggesting Zapier or any other solution, please rest assured that we are working hard on making all our services and features work perfectly, and we would not be satisfied with anything less, so we would not be suggesting other solutions when the current one is having a problem that needs to be addressed.

    Finally, please let me express my apologies for the inconvenience, and my thanks in advance for your understanding.

    I'm going to add to this as my own posting has not populated in the forum.

    Today I can't fix a broken Integration as a result of whatever your develops have done this week to create a fragmented system because the choice to remove an Integration for Google Sheets and Google Drive is now missing. The button to remove the integration is simply missing. And that can't possibly be by accident. Please update us on the entire Integrations issue, as it is affecting many users and businesses.

    Our business depends on this system functioning smoothly and the problems seem to become more and more frequent with most of my time spent trying to convince JotForm that there's a problem.

    Sorry for the trouble, your integration should be working now. I've merged your missing data into your spreadsheet. I don't have access to your spreadsheet so, please let us know if issue still persists.

    It seems like Spreadsheet Integration is just fixed.

    I hope this issue won't be occurred again.
