We have received an error message "Oops..reached your limits" when we press the Send Email button on the Embedded Form Wizard. We get this at random times, when are sending to one or multiple recipiets. Here is a screen capture of what we are getting:
According to our account information, we have not exceeded any limits, and I don't see any limits on outgoing emails. Also, I was able to go in a few hours later and send without the error message occuring.
Could you let us know what causes this, and if it is a programming glitch, how to fix it? Thanks!Page URL:

First off, thanks for using JotForm!
We have hourly limits on the number of submissions replies or forwarding, same with Email tool on embed option (Currently, free users are limited up to 2 submissions replies/forward per hour). We had to do this because spammer abused this feature to send spam using our servers. Sorry about that.
The limits are higher for Premium/Professional users. So, if you really need this feature, you should probably consider our $9.95 plan.
