I created a form that includes, among other fields, a "Purchase Order" and an Address field in my form. I set up the Email Alert so that the person submitting the form receives a text email with all the information.
The text email is showing HTML tags for the Purchase Order field (which includes a Quantity option), and for the Address field. Is there a way to fix this?

I am having the same problem, and it is September, 2011. Is the bug fixed yet?

May we know when was the last time you received this type of problem? It would be helpful also if you could start a new thread topic, post the submission details of the last incident there, and the form ID or the URL of the form in issue.
We'll wait for your post.

Just received a form and it is not correctly formated. It just a html code.
Plus I've noticed couple of times that form hasn't been sent to my email address, however it was processed by JotForm and payment was received by PayPal. BUT I haven't received the actual form. It happened twice.

This issue should be fixed now please let us know if you are still getting html tags in the email notification. I made a test using the form and the notifcation email came up as entered in the the email alert. As for the Paypal order problem can you open up a new thread with the order information which had the issue so that we can do an investigation on the problem.
Let us know if you have clarifications.
