I was about to roll out my survey, and all of a sudden I can't get any of my quotation marks or apostrophes to stay as I type them!  They keep defaulting back to script (ex. ")

    How can I fix this?

    Hi,

I have checked the related form field and it is seen that you are using Matrix Dynamique Widget. When you add a widget into the form, it is actually embedded into the form by iFrame. Therefore, it issue in your form is not about the V4.

I have cloned your form to my side and checked the widget. I edited the Column Header manually. I didn't replicate your issue. Please have a look at the following images.

    Form Builder

    Form Preview

Please checked the Column Header of the form and edit the text manually.

If the issue still persists, please feel free to let us know.

    Thank you.

Thanks.  I do keep editing it manually, and then it reverts back.  It was working all morning, and now the form looks as pictured again:
