Google Docs integration failing

    the google docs integration works for the first couple of entries, but then fields are missing, but only from the google docs form. fields are missing or misplaced.

    I have made a test with a sample form and have sent 5 submissions and all of them will update on my spreadsheet.

    I also cloned your form and I am able to see ALL of the fields. Probably you think the fields are missing because the checkboxes are sent to a single field called  "I offered.."  or  "I was able to" .

    If you still think the issue persist, please re-integrate google.

    I have the exact same issue. My form,, properly populates the results spreadsheet but leaves many fields blank on google docs. I'll try reintegrating and also creating a clone, but I still suspect other users will experience the same problem.
