Does each form get 100 free submissions ?

No, the submission limit is the total number of submissions from ALL of the forms in your account. For example, you have 5 forms and each form has 20 submissions, then the submission counter will show 100 submissions.

Is the lifetime max 1000 submission for the free version?

Under the Free plan, you have 100 submissions per month. The submission counter will reset back to 0 every 1st day of the month.

As long as you empty and clear up the storage , can you continue to keep the storage account?

For the Free plan, you have 100MB of upload space. Yes, you can clear up your storage space by deleting the submission with attachments.
