User getting Error: Unable to connect to appropriate server.

    We are having a problem with a user getting the error message

    Error: Unable to connect to appropriate server.

    when they submit our form.  I just tested the form and was able to submit without any problems.

    Suggestions?

    We figured it out.  Chrome was auto-filling in the selections.  When the person typed the information instead, it worked.  Interesting!  thanks anyway!
