Hi Folks,
I've just been informed by the Fig Tree Foundation Board that they would like to cancel the JotForm subscription.
The user ID is under my email address darrellc@figtreefoundation.com
The reason for the cancellation is base on the monthly cost and the low usage.

Hey Darrell, seeing that you posted this thread while logged in to the account, DarrellC, you may cancel your paid subscription and downgrade your account back to the Free Plan from your end. Just follow the guide I'm citing below.

Thanks for your quick reply! That's awesome, I'll do that today.
I'm glad that I can keep the account as I'm hoping Fig Tree will be able to
add JotForm back into their budget at some point in the future. I think
it's a great web tool and service.
