Just wondering how many URL's I can add forms to with your free plan, and with the $20/month plan?

    Just wondering how many URL's I can add forms to with your free plan, and with the $20/month plan? 

    Do I need to set up a separate account for each URL I need a form for?

    Hello,

    There is no limit for placing your forms on certain URLs. You can place your forms to as many different web pages that you want. You only have a form views limit to take notice of or the number of forms you can create under a plan.
