Not getting Notification emails

    I have just come to Jotform, made a form and added it to the website and send several test forms but i am not getting notification emails, I do not have spam filters on this mail box.

    We apologize for any invoncenience this may have caused. I've cloned your form and made a test submission. I was able to receive a notification email right away. Can you please add JotMail's Ip Addresses to your mail provider's whitelist and make another test?

    It appears that I cannot add IP addresses to providers email whitelist, I have to add an email address.

    Can you tell me the email address that the notification will come from?

    Upon checking your account, I found out that there's no Form in your account.
