Clear form fields when going back with the web browser back button.

Can you give more information on the concern that you have raised? So far I was not able to replicate issues on clearing forms after making submissions.

@POSHAT,
I have reviewed your forms and noticed you have enabled the clear values on submit feature; however, do note that when you click on the return button it will load a cached version, it does not reload the form, this is why you can see the options still:
This is not a behavior from the Jotform itself, but it is from the web browser instead, what you could do is to set unique questions or unique submissions in your form so you avoid getting duplicates.

I will also forward this to our second level so our developers may implement a code to clear the form when going back on the web browser, we will update you via this thread as soon as we get any notice regarding this.
