can i use repeat fields from a previous field?

For example I want to create a form which contains a management policy and the name of the company will need to repeat automatically in different places throughout the questions/answers.

I want the user to be able to put the name of the company in one field at the top of the form and when it needs to repeat in other questions and answer fields in appears in the position it needs too.

Is this possible some how?

I am not sure, if I understand your requirement correctly, but if you want to display same header for each page, then , there is no built in feature to display the same header in all the pages of form. You will have to actually add the same header in all the pages of your multi-page form. 

Alternatively, you should go ahead and add "Form Tabs" widget in your form where you will be able to configure if the hear needs to be shown above the tabs. Please check the screenshot below:
