Image file has wrong size in submission PDFs

I adjust the size for my header logo in my jot form. However, when i receive the notification the logo does not fit in the form. Any thoughts on how to fix/format this?

There might be some issues with the image file. What you can try is to resize and resave the image in some image editor software and then reupload it to your form.

The image was fine on submission PDF when I tested a resaved version in different sizes.
