    Asked by rtpfaa on June 02, 2012 at 09:18 PM

    i get the attached message:

    i downloaded the code, but i still get the message when trying to edit the jottheme.css.

    i can style the other css provided by the download, but the jottheme.css is off limits.

    please explain in some detail how to do what the message says to do. its not clear to me at all.

    thanks,

    Hi Richard,

    Base on your screen, your form is looking for solid.css file.

    Did you download your form's full source code? You should be able to find the solid.css file under css folder when you download your form's full source code. Or, you can get the css here: http://www.jotform.us/css/styles/solid.css

    Let me know if you need anything else. Thank you.

    can i style the labels that go with the input fields? ie.
    i thinkn the grey lettering under the input boxes is too small and it
    does not get darker when i hover over it.
    also the hover state color i would like to change.
    these styling options do not seem available with the code you sent.
    i also dont want the input fields to be pink. i might even want to put a
    shadow in it. that kind of thing.
    i also want the background of the form to be none.
    is this all possible for me to style? can thsi all be done from DW?
    or can it be done using the selectors you provide within the css styling
    box you provide?
    thanks,
    richard

    Hi Richard,

    That's actually all possible with JotForm. You can Inject Custom CSS Codes to your form to modify existing styles, please follow this guide: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes to your Form.

    You may try this css code to that form:

    /*transparent form background*/

    .form-all{

    background:transparent !important;

    }

    /*label styles*/

    .form-label-top, .form-label-left{

    font-size:18px !important;

    color:#444444 !important;

    text-shadow:1px 1px #FFFFFF;

    }

    /*label hover*/

    .form-label-top:hover, .form-label-left:hover{

    color:#000000 !important;

    text-shadow:1px 1px #FFFFFF;

    }
