Why are only some data fields displayed in my notification email?

    I created a multi step form, which has multiple entries per page. Each field has a custom ID which I have double checked to make sure matches my email notification html, but only a fraction of fields are coming through in my notification email when the entire form is filled out. Can someone please let me know what I'm doing wrong?


    The screenshot shows the a portion of the email html on the left....and a result of a test email I did on the right (with every field completed). I get the same result when I use the feature to let the system auto generate the entire form.

    It seems that there is a conflict caused by enabled Hide Empty Fields option. Please switch it from Yes to No and then re-check the email.
