Regarding Hosting Security Who Can I Speak With?

I really need to speak with somebody regarding Hosting Security?  When we upload content from our forms to JotForms Hosting Systems how will it be protected whilst stored on those systems...

I know you mention Encryption as a form of control / protection but what about access to our data and protection of access to our data.... Does JotForms align or certify against any Industry Standard Security Framework (such as ISO27000 series). Or Cloud Security Alliance?

To access your data you need to log-in through our secure website https://www.jotform.com otherwise, the info submitted in your forms cannot be seen. 

Also, you are able to decide if your uploaded files are available by anyone with the link or only when you're logged-in in your account, to do so you only need to go to the settings page of your account and set this in the privacy sections: 

https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings.
