Help enabling my account.

    It is mission critical that I speak to someone. I was trying to create a form for my internal sales team. I asked for a login and password as I was creating the form, not realizing that it was a violation of your T&Cs due to you thinking I was phishing. I am not and I would like to explain. Can you please have someone contact me to enable my account?


    I would really appreciate it.

    Hi Tom,

    I checked our records for an account associated with your email address and I see the account named jeremyfinance. Can you please confirm if this is the account you are referring to? I checked that account and it seems to be Active as of this time. It is not disabled so you should be able to use your forms there successfully.
