I want to find out why Jotform was not able to track some emails on the 20th - 24th Jan 2017.
As we viewed the history from https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/history , we could see that there were missing entries on these dates whereas in the excel sheet we downloaded they were present.
Attached is a screenshot of the history.
Can you please help us identify what the issue was that caused this?
