Please let me know why my "Broker Form" wont submit.
Could it have something to do with domain permissions?

I have checked our form and noticed it works, I see you have already embedded it using the iFrame method which is the one we do recommend to avoid conflict problems.
Here's what I got when tested your form:
If the problem still persists on your end, please try with incognito mode.
