why is account disabled

    My account only has 3 uploaded forms.  Why is it disabled and asking me to pay to upgrade?!?

    I checked your account and it is not disabled.  It is currently over the free account limits for file upload storage.

     

    Deleting submissions that have larger files uploaded with them will reduce this total.  The free account limit is 100MB of file storage.  With your current Bronze subscription, you can store up to 10GB.
