I see that your account is currently holding multiple subscriptions. It looks like that you are upgrading the account again from the pricing page using PayPal which is creating multiple subscriptions. At the moment, the account is currently having Silver subscription status and good in standing.
Please allow me some time to check on the other subscriptions and get back to you with relevant information.
I am sorry for the delay in responding back. I have checked your account and see there are multiple subscriptions in your account. As I check all the recent subscriptions, I notice that all of them are already canceled and some of them are already refunded back. At the moment, I see that there is only one subscription (Silver monthly) S-599573358P1353156 active on your account.
With reference to the thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1017975, I am sending a request to refund the last payment of the Gold monthly subscription (S-8XL57368AH642083H) that is already canceled. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement.
Also, please note that the subscription will be auto-renewed until you cancel it manually. If you upgrade/downgrade your account again using PayPal, please make sure that you cancel the existing subscription from PayPal dashboard.
