We've used this form succesfully for 2-3 years.  Now I just realized we have not received contact for the past month!  About 30 inquiries were not received.  I logged in and I do see them in my account.  They are not going into the junk mail folder either.  We are simply not recieving them.  Please help!

Why was it in the bounce list?  This is a really serious issue.  We have missed a LOT of potential clients.  How can this be avoided in the future?

This sometimes happens when your email service provider rejects our emails at some point or when they're not available to received message from us.

However, to avoid such problems from happening, please "JotForm" and "noreply@jotform.com" as your email notification's sender name and address.

    Hope this help.

    Thank you!

Thanks for your help.  I have 2 more questions:

    1. After I make the change, will I need to update the embed code on the website where I use this form?

    2. After I make the change, will the emails I recieve through this form look OR behave any differently?

    Thanks!
