I tried to update Congregation Beth Israel’s credit card # on Plimus’s website; however, due to the subscription being cancelled could not. I was instructed to enroll in a new monthly recurring subscription, therefore, I did just that along with provided our new credit card # on JotForm’s website. The order information: 65756738. Furthermore, I was instructed to send this email with a reference to our last billable invoice #44933337 and to make sure that everything remains the same—please confirm? Karen Shein is our technical contact, so please keep her contact information as is and add myself as an administrator contact (contact info below). I will be responsible for updating credit card/billing information.

Yes that is right. Your account is is activated back to Premium account activated as from date on 06/04/2012. As of now we only use a single email registered in plimus gateway as contact address. But we can always provide you any information you need at will.
