Move past submissions under a form to a different folder

I have a form that is used yearly.  I have updated the form, but would like to move all of last year's submissions to a different folder so that they are not mixed in with this years.  How do I do that?

This is possible to show submissions based on a custom Time Frame on Submissions page.

If you would like to keep submissions on separate forms, you might consider cloning your form, and then using the cloned version to collect new submissions.
