    Lost ability to move text boxes to a new line

    I have several text boxes that have been shrunk and merged with other lines. At some point I lost the right-click option to move them to a new line.

    Text boxes have been shrunk and expanded and shrunk moved around. I also tried a few templates, and previewed the form.

    I tried closing and reopening the form.

    This happen due to cache on the browser. At some point, these seems not to work anymore if editing of form by doing similar actions repeatedly.

    Please try to logout of the builder, clear your browser cache, and log in again.

    Then, from top to bottom fields try to expand each field again to bring them all to default alignment(which is expand). Then you may retry re-aligning them again to what you need.

    That process let me reset a few of the controls but not all. (I'm using FireFox.) I tried Internet Explorer, too, since there wouldn't be any cache for the form, but no luck there either.

    Thank you for your suggestion. I know how to clear a browser's cache. And, to be sure if the cache was still a problem, I specifically tried a browser I hadn't used for the form before. (Hence, no cache should exist for it, yes?)

    ETA: I'll be rebooting shortly. Will clear cache again and will see if that makes a difference.

    Hm. And so it is when viewing the form, but not when editing. See this screenshot:

    Don't know if this helps but I had a similar situation where some of the fields where showing under the text (only in Jotform). On selection, I found each field (in Preferences > Field Styles) was set to Auto. I changed this to Left and then the form displayed correctly in Jotform.
