I can't log into my account

    When trying to log into my account it says the login credentials are not right.  When I go to Forgot Password it says that the username does nto exist.  I was just logged into the account not long ago and now it will not let me in at all.

    My forms still seem to be appearing on my website so the account exists somewhere, I just do not know what has happened in the last two hours.  Please help ASAP.

    The form was created under a guest account which do not have login since it relies on browser cookies only. To create a free account such that you enjoy more form submission, you will see something like this on the left side when you go to My Forms page:

     Click the orange Create a Free Account button and go through the process of creating your account.  You can also find the long orange button just below the login/password fields:

    Note: Make sure to use the email address that you have used in your form so that the form you have created will be merged to your new free account.

    No, it was not a guest account.  I have a paid for subscription for over 12 months now.  I recently renewed and paid for the second year.

    Sorry about that, it appears that the email address terri@trilogics.com.au is associated with the JotForm username Lime please use this upon login to your JotForm account.

    Let us know if this works.
