File upload: four links are created instead of just two causing download error. This issue seems to be occurring again. Here is a screengrab of the error I get when I or any of my form users click the link to uploaded files...

As mentioned on the original thread, I have created a ticket on this thread and submitted it to our developers. If there are updates, you should know it on this thread.

Sorry for the late update. We tried to replicate your concern on a clone of your form but to no avail.
May we ask if you're having the same issues with subsequent entries on your form?
