I am trying nor the new version available from the 1st of Ferbuary. When I try to update a dropdown menu with new options, it does not appear on the form after saving. Can you please fix it?

I tested dropdown menus in V4 and I am able to update the options without issue. The changes made are shown in the live form.
If that is still not the case on your end, let us know which form you are working on and we will check that form as well.
