Jotform: Multiple fields per row

    Hi- I have two questions:
    1. How do I create form that can have two fields per row, for example, phone and email, see attached.
    2. Is it possible to embed the field's description in the text box, see attached.

    I want to reduce the height of this form:

    You will be able to display fields inline by following this guide: Form-Field-Positioning

    You may also want to increase the form's width, it will help you to display more than two fields or two large fields inline. 

    To do so, click on the designer icon, go to the style tab and increase the width value there:

    To add a description to each field simply click on the field and add the description in the "Hover Text" option:
