I have another issue. We have received a submission on 1/18/2017. Payment was received and charged via authorize.net module inside our jotform form, but his card was charged again on 1/20/17 and 1/21/17 for the same transaction. One application was completed, 3 payments. Below are screenshots.

Unfortunately, your screenshots did not reach this thread, could you please try to upload your images again, this guide will also help you to upload images with your reply: How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum
Providing the details from the transactions will also help us to track the submissions, have you another form integrated with Authorize.net that could be submitted?
This could not happen without the submission; however, with more info we will be glad to find if there're submissions related to these payments.
